Mercury the ruler of yesterday's Gemini Full Moon has traditionally been associated with climate forecasts and weather. Of course the 4th house, Cancer which with the phases of the moon correspond to the variability of everyday weather. Weather forecasters and observers relate more closely to Gemini. Yet Saturn is heavily in play when we talk about climae encompasses the statistics of temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind, rainfall, atmospheric particle count and numerous other meteorological elements.

Venus in Scorpio was just separating from a square steeped in passions and controversy to Mars as Sun in Scorpio was separating from a square with Neptune signaling deception by the climate authorities. More importantly, Mercury the weather planet was moving from the hidden (hacker oriented) phase with Mercury in the 12th to the Ascendant right out front.
When it comes to weather modification we can easily relate to Saturn and Uranus working in conjunction via various technologies from to cloud seeding to Chemtrail dust to HAARP.

We might want to also look at what is coming with Project Blue Beam as the combo of Uranus (higher octave of Mercury) moves at a fast clip in Pisces next year and Jupiter does too. Neptune is the master of illusion and modern ruler of Pisces still in mutual reception with Uranus till May 29th when Aries takes charge.
