So upon approach to these momentous days with enduring transits, one of the biggest areas of speculation has centered around the November 9th Communications Shutdown: A System Reboot Needed to Activate New Code? We do know that all communications will be cut off for an estimated three minutes on November 9th, 2011.?
Then today a change occurs and FEMA announces that the test has been shortened to 30 seconds.
This test reflects the mutability of Mercury-Venus in Sag. and occurs on the same day that Neptune is stationing along with Chiron which stations exactly on 11-11-2011. These stations will make the effect of the purveyor of fantasy, Neptune even stronger along with the wounded healer/maverick teacher Chiron.
What we know is: The test is being conducted jointly by the US Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Federal Communications Commission and the National Weather Service. They will conduct a complete communications shutdown: all TV, radio, internet, and phone systems will be disabled simultaneously. This will be at 1:00 CST.

there are both real and imagined dangers. Both Neptune (exact) and Chiron (on Nov. 11th) are stationing direct making there effect stronger. You don't have to be a Clyde Lewis, Rense or other theoirst to call a foul, since the motivations and this initiative appeaer questionable and strangely counter-productive. Yes they are driven more by ideology or belief than by reality. (Neptune is prominent and the N node of destiny in Sagittarius is near the Mid-Heaven. with Mercury-Venus conjunct but not combust in Sagittarius the truth teller and story teller..
We are actually talking about a first time event with this test whether it is 3 minutes or 30 seconds: EAN An Emergency Action Notification (SAME code: EAN) is the national activation of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and can only be activated by the President or their representative (i.e. the Vice President).[1] The Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) also carried the Emergency Action Notification. It has never been used by any President since its creation.

" We are at the cusp of some major revelations but they won't be coming from FEMA, DHS, the Executive Branch who are obviously trying to control and manipulate the real energies beaming down upon us just like X-Class flares...What we could be seeing are
the last ditch efforts of the TPTB to keep the grid-net in operation before collapse.

Yet we are talking 30 seconds not 3 minutes, is that time for a new code to be downloaded and installed? then the system shutdown and re-booted for the changes to take effect. And, just like these coded program changes in computers and cable, once you re-boot, whatever was newly installed is activated and just runs silently behind the scenes.
