Deepwater Horizon Exploison Chart Corrections

The Summer Solstice has arrived and the Sun is in nurturing Cancer ruled by the
moon and memory, I wanted to correct my calculations for the Deepwater Horizon Disaster.
Let's not forget that Mars is meeting Vesta in Virgo at the next Full Moon Eclipse on June 26th with positive aspects from the Sun-Mercury in Cancer to inspire both accuracy
and a practical outcome to this gushing catastrophe. Vesta in Virgo near Mars combines focus, service and critical efforts to solve problems.

First of all I changed the time for the inception of the chart below to 9:56 PM CDT
based on this report from Wikipedia: The fire aboard the Deepwater Horizon reportedly started at 9:56 p.m. CDT on April 20, 2010.
We may remember some of the first footage of the explosion with the fire raging
reflecting the Sagittarius rising chart below. Jupiter ruler of the chart is near Uranus
in Pisces in the 4th house of ground zero. Both planets were applying to major oppositions with Saturn in the 10th. Pisces which is ruled by Neptune relates to oceans and oil and was expanded by Jupiter till we now have billions of gallons of oil bleeding
from the sea floor.

I erected a new chart based on these coordinates:
Approximate location of Deepwater Horizon and BP Well, from the Transocean website is latitude 28° 44.20′ N and longitude 88° 23.23′ W or approximately 50 miles S.W. of the Mississippi Delta at the edge of the continental shelf. North of the BP well are the Chandeleur Islands, an ecologically sensitive chain of low barrier islands which are home to thousands of seabirds.

The chart below is set for the Horizon rig and the BP Oil Volcano
latitude 28° 44.20′ N and longitude 88° 23.23′ W. I called this location by the fictitious name: Deepwater, Louisiana.
Just like my previous chart for 10 PM CDT. Sagittarius is rising but at 4 degrees
29 minutes with this Sabian: "On a desolate seashore, an owl watches a ship's approach."
