Aquarian Age Begins or Aftermath of the Lunar Eclipse?

After what has been a non-stop roller coaster ride of shock waves since the Lunar Eclipse on February 9th, a ray of hope is brightening like the rainbow in the Wizard of OZ.
We have had the unexpected Uranian frequencies working overtime combined with confusion, illusion and dangerous events occur. From two satellites crashing together over Sibera to 200 dolphins beaching as a warning to the 7.2 Quake and Tsunami warning in Indonesia to yesterday's horrific crash in Buffalo, NY. Is all is about to end as the sun shines with a new dawn?

We all know the lyrics and the promise from the musical Hair:

And Jupiter aligns with Mars

Now we have various websites saying that at 7:25 AM UT or 2:20 AM EST (chart above) on
February 14th the age begins - The Dawning of the Age of Aquarius - Saturday February 14, .....DO YOU FEEL IT?!
Even though Mars is conjunct or aligned with Jupiter (exact on Feb. 18th) and the Moon is in Libra (ruling the 7th) on the 14th, the Aquarian Age is a process not an event. I am not saying that those special 18 minutes won't hold great hope and love.
Tommorrow's blessed event (@ 7:25 AM UT) has some beautiful aspects for a great Valentine's day with Venus Sextile Venus for more affection, devotion and romance or Venus Sextile Jupiter which is wonderful for celebrations, meetings and yes weddings.
This is an auspicious day as the revelatory Aquarian stellium dominates, but the anchoring of Saturn and Pluto still need to wait till December 2020 before they ingress into Aquarius... Various Dates which have been predicted for the start of the Aquarian age are 2160 AD to out as far as 2600 AD to 3621 AD per Nicholas Campion in The Book of World Horoscopes.

More examination of the February 14th date contradicts a change from Pisces to Aquarius.
Actually the harmonious Libra Moon will not technically be in the 7th house till 7:51:51 AM and will be applying to a square with Mercury in Capricorn (2:46 PM UT) and Void of Course till 3:39 PM UT when the winged messenger moves into Aquarius. So the times given
for this magical moment of transition from the Piscean Age has that one irritant an aspect that makes it really hard to separate fact from fiction (Moon SQ Mercury in usually practical Capricorn but VOC). Squares to Mercury usually deal with perception and this one is classic when it comes to misunderstanding.
I am stressing this because Uranus, the modern ruler of Aquarius, is know to be a higher octave for Mercury.
