On March 18th @ 6:23 PM PDT/ 9:23 PM PDT this event is @ 28 degrees 27 in the sign of the two fishes swimming in the waterey depths. And it marks a change as most of the west coast of the USA the cold, blustery weather is transforming into a warmer even hotter temperatures and in Salem, Oregon where I have set this lunation chart, it is similar.
