Even though Saturn and Neptune are together every 36 years like the last time in 1989 in Capricorn (government) when the power of dissolution eneded the Berlin Wall and ultimately starting the collapse of the old Communist Soviet Union as it broke into many different countries.
However we have not had a meeting of these two outer planets @ zero Aries since 6,000 + BC. First: @ 12:48 PM the Moon conjunct Saturn at 0 degrees Aries since in fires sign Aries the depressed feelings will dissolve quickly as hope takes over.
Secondly @ 12: 55 PM the Moon conjuncts Neptune @ 0 degrees Aries.
