Neptune and Saturn together @ 0 Point Aries - A Momentous Time of Rebirth & All Things New!

 

Friends, light workers, starseeds and  evolving souls it is happening. The historic Neptune/Saturn meeting is exact on February 20th @ 9:52 AM Pacific Time and 2:52 PM UTC.

Both planets as you have probably heard constantly will be exact @ 00 Aries 44 the place where the Vernal Equinox - start of Spring begins for the Tropical Zodiac.  

So what does this all mean to us?

Even though Saturn and Neptune are together every 36 years  like the last time in 1989 in Capricorn (government) when the power  of dissolution eneded the Berlin Wall and ultimately starting  the  collapse of the old Communist Soviet Union as it broke into many different  countries. 

However we have not had a meeting of these two outer  planets @ zero Aries since 6,000 + BC. when the age of Taurus began. The Sabian Symbol for Neptune/Saturn at 0 Aries – A Woman  Has Risen out of the Ocean, A Seal is embracing her. Rudhyar explains this as the emergence of the potentiality of consciousness.  Something new is emerging and it must be cherished and nurtured.  It is also the emergence of the divine feminine into concrete manifestation.  This creative and novel impulse is rising up and with the aid of  contemplation we can slow down the Fire Horse who we don't want to burn out. 

In a previous blog entry I mentioned: "This shift will revisit the themes from earlier in 2025 when Neptune first entered Aries. It is also marked the  final phase of the end of a cycle with Neptune in Pisces that had been in effect since 2011. Major changes are in motion. Neptune will officially begin a new 165-year cycle in Aries on January 26, 2026 headed to an historic conjunction with Saturn on February 20, 2026. " It  already started on February 13th when Saturn entered Aries. Then today February 19th is the blast off point as the Moon enters Aries @ 11:39 AM PST, the sign ruled by Mars - planet of action. 

Aries is about "all things new"   The sign of new ventures, adventures, ways of doing things, new technology, new attitudes about how men and women will get along (especially with Mars in Aquarius )  Mars @ 22 Aquarius is near Vesta (focus and desire)  and determined to make everything right for the collective;  Events will happen rather quickly like the Fire Horse year predicated.  Already today: Prince Andrew has been arrested!  More will follow instigated by the Epstein Files and I mentioned that heads will roll when it comes to the elite due to the Perseus/Algol nearness to Uranus square the Sun and Moon in the Solar Eclipse chart. 

This is not the first time that Saturn/Neptune have been conjunct in Aries.  This happend on March 27, 1703 with both planets @ 11 Aries 44 minutes @ 9 PM LMT

Credit goes to Ulrika Sullivan for her research.  The chart for 3-27-1703  is shown below and set for 9 PM LMT in New York City with lots of fire with the Sun, Saturn, Neptune, Venus and Jupiter all in Aries trine Pluto in Leo at the MC. One of the major events for that day in New York: 

• A significant fire broke out in New York City, causing extensive damage.
• The fire led to the destruction of numerous buildings, includingehomes and businesses.

Mars the ruler of Aries was in Taurus opposing Chiron so many were hurt.  Since Sedna and Vesta were conjunct in Pisces the aftermath of the fire prompted more safety measures for the  future  to alleviate injuries and deaths in the future.  Also  this horrendous fire influenced future architectural designs in New York...

Back to February 19th.  

First: @ 12:48 PM the Moon conjunct Saturn at 0 degrees Aries since in fires sign Aries the depressed feelings will dissolve quickly as hope takes over. 

Secondly @ 12: 55 PM the Moon conjuncts Neptune @ 0 degrees Aries.

Annular Solar Eclipse and the Year of the Fire Horse - A Time of Convergence, Confluence amid Shock Waves

 

Friends, light workers, starseeds and  evolving souls, if like me you may have felt a stressful nervous energy, and a vague feeling of teetering on edge... don't let it get you down.  It is more than castles/control systems burning but  a total restructuring of our concepts. Concepts  of authority, society, financial markets, belief systems, innovations, cultural transformation, spiritual quests/spiritual awareness and dimensionality.  In other words even questioning what is real and what is fantasy ala Ai and holograms. 

Let's look at tomorrow's Annular Solar Eclipse which starts the  eclipse season.   Next we have  Total Lunar eclipse to follow on March 3rd.  From an astronomical side the  actual eclipse which is only a partial eclipse provides very little visible drama. This annular eclipse is only seen  in the South  of  Africa, South in South America, Pacific, Atlantic, Indian Ocean and Antarctica.

This eclipse lasts less than 3 minutes @ 4:12 AM PST or @ 12:12 PM UTC and is Most Visible in the the Southern Most continent Antarctica subject of much mystery in the last few years. Here is a recommended video where author Brad Olsen reveals many of those secrets.  He also discusses the truth about the 4th Reich, alien and giants alive today.  BTW there is an orbiting body  called Asteroid 2000 SG344, informally known as "Antarctica," was discovered on September 29, 2000.  This asteroid is now @ 3 Gemini  near both Sedna and Alcyone which  will accelerate our already innovative technology with Ai. 

So lets dig into the  astrology bechind the New Moon Eclipse @ 28 Aquarius 49 with the  Sun/Moon together and a midpoint  of Mars in Aquarius @ 20 degrees and Venus @ 8 Pisces.

" Before I dig into the chart for the February 17th Eclipse New Moon lets see what is coming with the Lunar New Year  where we shed our negativity with the end of the year  of the wood snake and get ready to ride the Fire Horse. This time of confluence where  cosmic frequencies connect to the Fixed Star Scheat @ 29 Pisces 44 ( found near Neptune/Saturn @ 0 Aries, primal fire) on the left leg of the Winged Horse. Scheat represents  "Liberation" from all things oppressive in our lives so the "Fire Horse will have wings for  you to fly beyond the density of  3D in  2026. " After all with Uranus entering Gemini (Mutable Air) to be in a positive trine to Pluto  in Aquarius (Fixed Air) both sextile Neptune for the next 7 years expect collective and individual miracles to manifest!  On the shadow side Scheat is also connected to flooding and watery disasters. 

The Year of the Wood Snake is gone and all that is left is lots of shadowy skin on the ground.  Now comes the  Horse known for enthusiastic energy and independence. It likes to move forward usually quickly. When you add Fire to the Horse, the energy becomes stronger. This combination comes only once every sixty years. The last Fire Horse year was in 1966.

2026 is a year that encourages action and all  things new just like the 'historic conjunction of Saturn and Neptune at zero point Aries known as the  World Axis which I will discuss  further in my  next blog. 

Speaking of the  convergence of these events, note that with the  Lunar New Year   celebrations  lasts for fifteen days. They end with the Lantern Festival on March 3, 2026 which coincides with the Total Lunar Ecliipse in Virgo (ruler Mercury - conciousness). On this night, lanterns light up the streets. The first full moon of the year for this lunar calender shines in the sky as a blood moon @ 12 Virgo 54 opposing the Sun @ 12 Pisces 54 (ruler Neptune- disolution).  At that time, Mars will have moved into Pisces conjunct asteroid Atlantis having moved from Aquarius into a more compasionate/psychic place.  Expect psychics, spiritual channelers and mediums to talk about Atlantis and our technological society's connections ad nauseum.  Mercury will be  retrograde and we may have to review,  retreat and reflect on what  has sped up in our  lives and the collective since the Solar Eclipse and the advent of Ai's domination.  

Now  let's examine the chart set  for the New Moon at the last degrees and 3rd decant of Aquarius. Decants are 10 degree sub-divisions. The 3rd decant is  the area dedicated to spirituality as  opposed to  the 2nd decant which is more mental.  As usual I  set the chart for the time  of the new moon @ 4:01 AM PST in Salem, Oregon the Willamette Valley known for Brews (whether it be white wines, craft beer or cider), Blueberries blooming profusely and a certain Generational Bravado which is amplified by the culture of the keep it weird PNW.  

So let's examine this rather busy chart with Sagittarius rising @ 29 degrees on the critical anaretic degree associated with themes of  adventure, freedom, breaking boundaries and truth telling. Ruler -Jupiter is at 15 degrees Cancer in the  7th house of partners, relationships and at times open enemies and is opposing the dwarf planet Quaoar (Native American diety of creation) from the Kuiper Belt.

Quaoar is the higher octave of Jupiter and represents smart luck motivated by spirit vs just expansion of opportunities.  Quaoar is with in 5 degrees of asteroid Juno relating to couples in a more practical  marriage.  As I have mentioned  before Quaoar is about helping us to bring spirit into matter on the mundane level most notably with birds from crows to ducks, frogs, bears. All types of living nature and the use of songs and dances of cultural or spiritual origin, harmony, syncopation, rhythm. Even though the Indians who worshipped Quaoar were from S. California, I am getting that with Jupiter retrograde in Cancer relating to ancient cultures there could be an important archeological discovery  in  the Williamette Valley dealing with an older Native American tribe...

Now we will unpack some of the major aspects in the chart above.  First  is the  focus on the busy 2nd house of  $ with a preponderace of  Aquarian energy - ruled by Uranus found in the 5th house and near the dreaded star Algol.   This renowned star, located in the Perseus constellation within the Taurus constellation, is believed to symbolize the focal point of Medusa’s head, also known as her third eye, and has a strong association with her myth.  You may remember that  after Perseus severed Medusa’s head, he presented it to Athena, who wielded it in combat. Pictured as a Gorgon with a head full of snakes - the year of the snake is over symbolically,

Algol, commonly known as the Blinking Eye of the Demon, is associated with negative aspects such as decapitation ala Perseus or evil, suffering, pain, death, leaders falling from power intoxication, and tragedy.  

Greek scientists  told of how Algol shone brightly in the night sky, seemingly vanishing and then reemerging. Perhaps our ancestors possessed a deeper understanding of celestial phenomena. Now  modern knowledge reveals that Algol’s periodic disappearance is a result of its binary nature, with one star eclipsing the other every few days.

What this really means:

This eclipse puts a spotlight on money, self-worth, survival systems, and what people depend on—but in an Aquarian way, meaning:

• Old financial models, value systems, or ownership structures of the ruling elite no longer work

• There is anger, urgency, and activism around resources Memories of the greed, selfish attitudes and dangersous technologies that help sink Atlantis are urging the collective to make sweeping changes. 

• People are being pushed to redefine what is worth protecting

Mars + Vesta =
Focused anger. People are fiercely defending what they believe is essential.

Chariklo =
A need for boundaries and containment during chaos. This is about holding steady while things shake.

Atlantis =
Collapse of a system that once looked advanced or ideal—but was built on shaky ground.

Thus this eclipse triggers sudden breaks in financial systems, values, alliances, or personal security, but also ignites new models that are more ethical, collective, or future-oriented.

Now the shockwaves :  

2. Square to Uranus in Taurus near Algol (5th House)

This is the shock factor.

• Uranus brings sudden disruption which could even mean earthquakes.

• Taurus rules money, food, land, and physical stability

• Algol intensifies emotional reactions, fear, and rage

In the 5th house, this affects:

• Creative industries

• Children

• Entertainment

• Risk-taking behavior

• Speculation (markets, gambling, hype economies)

And expect “Scandals to Rock the  Entertainment / Youth-Focused Industry”

Something volatile breaks suddenly, and people react emotionally. This can look like:

• A market swings violently 

• A scandal involving creativity, children, or entertainment or gambling industries

• A rebellion against “comfort at any cost”

This is NOT SUBTLE or Nuanced. 

3. Venus + Pallas in Pisces in the 2nd House

This softens—but doesn’t cancel—the chaos.

• Venus = values, money, relationships

• Pallas = strategy, pattern recognition

• Pisces = compassion, illusion, sacrifice

People are trying to respond compassionately, but there is also confusion about:

• What is real vs. ideal

This favors creative or humanitarian financial solutions, but warns against naïve optimism.

4. Saturn, Neptune, Lilith on Scheat in the 3rd House

This is one of the most important pieces.

The 3rd house = media, messaging, information, narratives

• Saturn = consequences

• Neptune = deception, fog, disillusionment

• Lilith = suppressed truths

• Scheat = collapse through poor judgment or ignored warnings leading to freedom

The key theme: words have major consequences now.

5. Fire Grand Trine: Salacia (4th) – Varuna (8th) – Black Moon (11th)

This is deep emotional truth moving fast.

• Salacia (4th) = buried family or ancestral emotions released the right time

• Varuna (8th) = moral law, accountability, hidden power

• Black Moon (11th) = outsider truth, group rebellion

Long-suppressed emotional truths ignite and move through networks quickly.

This shows:

• Collective emotional reckoning

• Revelations about private or domestic matters that affect the public

• Communities rallying around truths that were once taboo

This is cleansing but intense.

6. South Node Yod to Astraea and Salacia

This is karmic, just and corrective.

• South Node in Virgo = old habits, control, over-analysis

• Astraea (1st) = justice, integrity, personal accountability

• Salacia (4th) = emotional truth relating to family and home 

Old ways of managing problems no longer work.

There’s pressure to:

• Stop micromanaging

• Face emotional reality

• Act with integrity even when uncomfortable

This is a course correction, not a punishment.

7. Makemake T-Square to Salacia and Jupiter

This is cultural pressure which will involve technology and the trickster's interference.

• Makemake (9th) = belief systems, ideology, “what we worship” is challenged  no longer hidden in plain sight 

• Jupiter in Cancer = emotional exaggeration, protectionism, defensive attitude 

• Salacia = emotional undercurrents rise up and are no longer concealed

Full Speed Ahead with the Leo Full Moon Part Two

   

Friends, evolving souls, lightworkers are you enjoying this incredible 'Leo Full Moon of 2026! 

For some this  is a literal Full Snow Moon as massive snow and ice storms have brought freezing cold to many parts of the world like Moscow or the hitting the  Southeastern USA with life threatening temperatures.

For many of us this is a sacred time called  the Imbolc which is a pagan holiday that lands between the Winter Solstice (aka Yule) and the Spring Equinox (aka Ostara) on the Wheel of the Year. It is celebrated from February 1 through sunset on February 2nd.

According to this site: Imbolc originated in pre-Christian Ireland and was celebrated widely in the ancient Celtic world. Imbolc (pronounced IM-bolg) comes from the Old Irish meaning “in the belly.” This was a reference to their ewes, who were pregnant and lactating leading to the fertility of the season and the fact that the earth will   spring forth with new life. 

If we look again below at the Full Moon chart set for  Universal Time but adding  dwarf planets Haumea - Hawaiian Goddess of Fertility and Regeneration  and Makemake - repesenting the higher octave of Uranus and Makemake  was known as the creator god of the world according to the Rapa Nui.  Makemake sits on the Ascendant in Libra.  With Makemake in Libra (a generation that came into the  world in 2013) Indecision is not an option or opportunities are lost.  Suffice to say with this  dwarf planet in the  sign of balance, We need to learn to trust in our understanding of whatever is going down, so we can take the initiative with our ideas and forge ahead. 

Haumea now retrograde is within two degrees of the Shapley Attractor - is a massive gravitational convergence point beyond our local supercluster.

This puts a focus on the fact  that nothing is moving randomly—everything is being drawn somewhere.  Tomorrow February 2 offers a free gatherthing to Honor Haumea. 

Haumea is the archetype of primordial creation, regenerative intelligence, and spontaneous rebirth. Mythically, she gives birth without mating—life arising from inner necessity.  Haumea found near the Shapley Attractor is about being drawn—not pushed—toward a version of ourselves that is more aligned with:

• ancestral memory

• soul trajectory

• deep-time purpose

Let's look at the clairvoyantly deduced Sabian symbol for  the  Sun @ 13 degrees 3 Aquarius - A Train Entering a Tunnel. When a train enters a tunnel, it goes straight aheand without distractions. We are in  a  time when we may need to cut through the obstacles in life and go straight ahead, regardless of the unseen hazards you may encounter along the way. Rudhyar breaks this down into a more spiritual message: The ability to short-cut the process of  natural evolution by the exercise of will, mental skill, and physical self-discipline. This  is the  ime when our soul takes charge, there is no turning back. 

Sitting near the Mid-Heaven of the chart above is  our galactic and evolutionary  destiny represented by Neptune the mystical revealer now in fast moving Aries, which is also the lower octave of Haumea, Fixed Star Scheat in the Pegasus Constellation relating to liberation and  finally Saturn. The  Ringed  Lord of Karma in the last degrees of Pisces till February 13th when he enters Aries a challenging position which will dampen the fierceness of the Ram
