Today September 28th, some of you might have felt an activation occur even though Mars had just entered Leo yesterday evening. Mars was applying to an exact opposition to Pluto on October 3rd.
For me it was seeing two freak accidents on the first day of my 11 year old grandson's first day of the annual 100 mile club at the Grammer School which lasts till June 2027. Literally with the Moon in Fixed, stubborn Taurus, on young boy injured himself at the start of the run than 20 minutes later a girl about 8 years old bumped her head and got a tooth knocked out accompanied by a pool of blood. Fortunatly both children weren't seriously injured. Note that Mars in Leo reflects drive, anger and ego where children are concerned.
Another example occurred here where Chaos ERUPTED at 8-YEAR-OLD's football game in Charlotte NC after THE PARENTS stormed the field and began BEATING THE KIDS, EACH OTHER, and the REFEREE!!!!
One more incident which unfortunately resulted in fatal injuries happened today in Calfornia
A New York Times executive was fatally shot in California, allegedly by his wife's elderly parents who have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
In the financial markets, the Dow, S&P and NASDAQ fell hard today. Venus rules money and the markets and in Scorpio a huge focus on debt as the with Treasury Yields rising. Markets were on edge as US-Iran tensions resurfaced and concerns about AI safety intensified...Pluto in Aquarius reflects the Ai fears. Then this story (reflecting Pluto in hard aspect to Venus ) about Anthropic Ai broke: Anthropic's losses soared even as revenue grew 12-fold, highlighting the extreme cost of frontier AI development.
Mars left the super sensitive, highly defensive Cancer on 7:49 PM PDT Sunday September 27th and entered much bolder, aggressive yet authentic Leo. The most recent exact Mars in Leo opposition Pluto in Aquarius occurred on April 26–27, 2025. This one happens on October 3, 2026 at 3:39 AM right after Venus stations and moves retrograde earlier that day at 12:16 AM. Venus is at 8 Scorpio 26 so there isn't an exact square to Mars till the new Moon in Libra on October 10th.

This Libra New Moon at 17 Libra 21 is closely trine the fixed star Rigel in the Orion constellation
indicating that Rigel acts as a support system which is bringing the practical wisdom, teaching abilities, and sharp intellect needed to ground these wild galactic energies. It ensures that we aren't just daydreaming about higher concepts—we have the skills to build and teach them.

It is one thing to achieve something and yet another to display one’s achievements for all to see. The element of arrogance and boasting takes center stage here. There may be an urge to impress others, but some people will be very impressed whilst others may be distinctly unimpressed. So many leaders in our current political systems exhibit this distasteful quality.

October 15, 2026: Pluto moves direct in Aquarius at 7:41 PM PDT/10:41 EDT this signals an outer transformation which could mean a more aggressive stance by countries like the USA or Russia or Ukrain etc. My intuition says that Cuba is in the crosshairs of the current administration.
On a personal level some people might feel a massive clash between their personal ego (Leo) and what a group or society expects of you (Aquarius). It forces the question: "How do I stand out without destroying my relationships with the group?"
October 24: Mercury in Scorpio moves retrograde (which happens 3x a year) this time at 20 degrees Scorpio .
Mercury retrogrades reflect an intense period, where buried secrets are revealed along with psychological recovery. Scorpio rules everything hidden: secrets, deep fears, taboos, and shared finances. Conversations may feel heavy and raw. It forces you to look at where you are giving away your power or trying to manipulate a situation.
