Aquarius Full Moon Opens the Door to Liberation

The Aquarius Full Moon is almost here and it  is time to let the  old energies, antiquated ideas, ancient  victim consciousness, tiring perfectionism behind.  

Everything is  shifting from the earth to the  sky  faster than we may want or desie. For example  the moon's Nodes leaving Pisces/Virgo  to enter an electrifying portal to a Future of  Authenticity with North Node now starting innovative, group-oriented Aquarius and South Node in resplendent Leo. 

Saturn now retrograde in Aries @ 14 degrees on the same day July 26th.  Saturn is the old ruler of Aquarius and titan Cronus is not always happy in adolescent/initiating Aries and needs the those sensitive, gentler vibes of Salacia also in Aries @ 13 degrees. Here Salacia  wants us to  embrace our "inner warrior" in a quest for true love and taking leaps of faith to develop/expand our psychic sensitivity. 

Eris, fierce sister of Mars and  the higher octave  of  Pluto's transforming us moved retrograde on July 22nd.  Eris will bring her fierce grace and  shine a spotlight  on the shadows and corruption that  are  rampant. One example this story  Mark Walter the  owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Lakers,  under investigation for financial fraud.  Finally on the day right before this Full Moon, Fauci is under full investigation as his hidden diaries are found on 11 separate servers. His fraud and culpality  coming to the light. Orcus, the straight talking brother  of  Pluto now direct  @ 16 Virgo in a fated Quincunx to Saturn and  is dragging him  to symbolic  hell for breaking his promises so to speak 

The Moon @ 6 degrees Aquarius is near Pluto @ 4 degrees and retrograde so the Sabian Symbol for 7 degrees Aquarius offers a glimpse into the future: "A child born out of an eggshell." this speaks volumes about Indigo and Starseeds who are bringing a new indivuality  and genius to this world. 

Pluto is  in an expansive opposition to Jupiter in Leo near the Sun @ 6 degrees. Sabian Symbol for 7 degrees Leo: "The wonders  of  the constellations in the night  sky " here we are discovering our place in a much larger galactic community. We are seeing that egotism, narcissim and service to self is being left behind. 

 Uranus the shocking awakener  continues  to  be in a supportive trine to  revolutionary Pluto in Aquarius. Neptune still in  the magical, visionary 4 degree Aries (sabian symbol = A white triangle  is seen, it has golden wings.")  demands our that our  true Spiritual Destiny will alllow us  to fly high over the  old, 3D, stifling rules of society.  

So  let's take a  look  at the chart  for  this  Full Moon set for my current home in Salem, Oregon for July 29th @ 7:36 AM PDT 

In the chart above there is a lot  to unpack but I am to stay on point and update later. 

Leo is  rising @ 24 degrees near the fixed star Hydra/Alphard which is the  realm of the  divine feminine and keepers of the sacred wisdom. Ruler of this chart is the Sun closely conjunct Jupiter placed in the  12th house.  Whatever is hidden  in the  depths of the uncocious in the  12th house is being brought  into the  light of transcendence. For example last night the  community  (Moon in Aquarius/Pluito) showed up in full diversity consciousness question the proposal to build a huge data center in Salem at the  Mill  Creek Corporate Center.  The City Council Meeting was held in the Salem Public Library at the  Loucks Auditorium since there main site was undergoing a remodel.  The the library only had a  capacity for 242 people and the masses spilled over outside as crowds showed intense public outrage against the proposed data center and the  NDA's signed by the councillors. 

 Here  is  an example of powerful community activism with dwarf planet Eris in a close trine to the Ascendant placed in the 9th house conjunct Vesta (devotion) in Aries.  The 9th house  in this case rules the courts, our response to science/technology.  

With all the powerful frequencies in the 12th house expect a resurgence of the  psychic impressions, dreams, and unseen spiritual realms to manifest especially with this massive Leo stellium including Hygeia, Jupiter, Sun, Varuna, Stonhenge (megaliths) and the  marriage of Isis/Osiris.  The  S. Node (the nodes move backward) with Royal Star Regulus  symbolizing courage and now close to  this Node as  the heart  of  the  lion which is associated with the  Archangel Raphael, the celestial guradian adding healing. 

The Moon/Pluto and Juno all in Aquarius in the 6th house of the  laboring classes, unions, labor organizations, wage conditions, employment and service will no longer be silent. In this chart the Moon signified the people, the masses, commoners and the population as a whole, The connection by opposition to the 12th added a pure element of empathy and compassion that is sorely needed. 

In the 7th house  of partnerships this  Full Moon  revolutionary chart we find the POF, Charliko and the North NNode in the later degrees of  Aquarius in the  last decan relating to  spiritual issues. These along with  Gonggong (the empathetic wizard)  who knows  how  to  walk a mile in others shoes we see a major  shift to areas  like all  types  of  alliances, marriages and divorce issues, public relations, the conditions of women, and situations of overt aggression. I am not saying that those losing power will  not  be  aggressive  but that  all will see this play out. 

Neptune retrograde in active Aries  is placed in the 8th house of other peoples money, debt owed the people, taxes of all kinds and   the government of the ruling class will no longer be hiding silently pulling the strings as backroom deal makers. 

The Mid-Heaven (MC) is conjunct the fixed star Andromeda Almach which relates to usually calmer, serene environment except that Sedna and Uranus are still in orb of a conjunction and intercepted.  These two  are predicating a time when sentirely new is awakening and what was the past will be released. Mars @ 21 Gemini is initiating many forms of communications, particularly digital and online.

Asteroids DNA @ 14 degrees and Atlantis @ 18 degrees preceded Mars speaking of past civilization where the fight against technology became part of our actual makeup.   Mars is also in a close square to Venus and Orcus in the 2nd house of material resources. Mars in a square to Venus is inviting us to bring the divine masculine and divine feminine together in harmony. 

Nodal Shift into Aquarius and Leo Brings Revolution and Global Activism Part One

It has been a busy week with Mercury finally moving direct on July 23rd, Barbault's Basket that  rare concentration of planetary energy peaking this first time between July 17th and July 22nd.   Saturn stations to move retrograde on July 26th @ 14 Aries 44' near the dwarf planet Salacia (representing sensitive and psychic energies which will soften those hard structural limitations). Perhpas  most important change it is yet  to come.

 Now on July 26, 2026 @ 8:48 PM EDT / 5:48 PM PDT the moon's North Node enters Aquarius and the South Node enters Leo. This begins an 18-month journey that transforms every zodiac sign's relationship with ego, community, and destiny.  The lunar nodes always travel in exact opposition representing the balance between past patterns (South Node) and future growth (North Node):

Because the North Node is ruled by Uranus and the South Node is ruled by the Sun, these two powerhouse rulers dictate exactly where the sudden shocks, breakthroughs, and ego deaths will happen in your natal houses. The master timeline for this transformative journey unfolds across specific dates.

 Note that before the nodes shifted there was an Aquarius/Leo eclipse which got us ready for the first awakening which occurred on February 17, 2026, with a Solar Eclipse at 28° Aquarius. 

The current journey continues this summer with a powerful Total Solar Eclipse at 20° Leo on August 12, 2026. 

In 2027, major turning points align  with a Solar Eclipse at 17° Aquarius on February 6, a Total Solar Eclipse at 9° Leo on August 2, and a Lunar Eclipse at 24° Aquarius on August 17. 

The final cosmic plot twist wraps up with a Solar Eclipse at 6° Aquarius on January 26, 2028.

Looking back we see that the  last three times the North Node was in Aquarius and the South Node was in Leo marked major collective and societal periods of transition:

I wrote in my blog about the Aries New Moon on April 17th: After Mars entered Aries on April 9th and a profound shift occurred for all of us. Mars the ruler of Aries entered his home sign the first time since the Neptune/Saturn conjunction on February 20th. Adding to the flames this was the same day the year of the Fire Horse began. Since then the universe has seemingly told us to stop thinking and start moving our ass.

Speaking of moving  fast as in a time of  accelaration and record breaking themes. 

Josh Kerr broke the men's mile world record on Saturday, July 18, 2026, during the London Diamond League. He ran the Emsley Carr Mile at the London Stadium at 3:36 p.m. local time (10:36 a.m. EDT), clocking a time of 3 minutes and 42.66 seconds.  Kerr's historic performance shattered Hicham El Guerrouj's previous world record of 3:43.13, which had stood for 27 years! 

No Astrologer today can ignore that on July 18th when the mile  record was broken, the pattern which has been dubbed everything from  a “Grand Sextile,” “Mystic Triangle,” or “Barbault Basket" was off and running. You may remember on my blog/article here it was written that: humanity enters a period where history seems to accelerate. Old systems become unstable, new ideas emerge rapidly, and events that normally unfold over decades or even centuries can happen within just a few years. 

The  chart for the record breaking time is set 3:36 PM GMT +1:00 BST where we see Uranus  @ 4 degrees 30 minutes of Gemini in a super close trine to Pluto @ 4 degrees 29 minutes in the 7th  house  of partnerships,  joint ventures, and collaborations. (Josh Kerr born Oct. 8, 1997 in Edinburgh Scotland time unknown) Josh Kerr’s collaboration with the "222" concept—known as Project 222—was a meticulously planned world-record attempt to run a mile in 222 seconds (3 minutes and 42 seconds) More on Josh's natal chart later. First let's look at chart for  the new mile record: 

When analyzing this event chart for July 18, 2026, in London, the cosmos was practically screaming that a historic athletic milestone was about to occur. Mars, the planet that acts as the celestial engine for physical drive, speed, and competitive spirit, was positioned in a highly cooperative alignment with Uranus, the cosmic rule-breaker and planet of sudden, shocking breakthroughs. In sports astrology, this specific connection operates like a shot of cosmic adrenaline, indicating that human physical limits are ready to be shattered in an instant. This exact planetary duo perfectly mirrors the explosive final lap where the decades-old record was completely obliterated.

In the chart above for  the  record breaking time, Scorpio was risng @ 15 degrees so the rulers of the  chart were: 

 (1) Mars @ 13 Gemini 54 placed in the  7th house with a one  degree orb to Asteroid Atlantis (connection to ancient civilization).  Mars was in a close lucky sextile to Saturn/Salacia in Aries reflecting timing and preparation.

Andromeda Alpheratz, conjunct Saturn is all about breaking free of constraits and embracing

liberation. Alpheratz is also a major star in the Great Square of Pegasus which include Scheat, Markab

and Algenib.

(2) Pluto the modern ruler of this chart is found in the 3rd house adding an intense mental focus.

Sitting in the MC or the most public sector is the S. Node conjunct the Royal Star Regulus (the Heart of the Lion)

indicative of the champion whose past gives tell of a karmic intersection of power and release.

Jupiter in Leo is in the 9th house and closely opposes Pluto amplifies not only the extreme impact

of this sheer athletic event and tells of quest involved in achieving this record breaking goal.

A quick look at the birth  chart  for Josh Kerr ( Oct. 8, 1997 , time unknown using 12 Noon for Edinburgh, Scotland ) as noted Sun in Libra @ 15 degrees conjunct True Lilith adding to his obsessive drive both next to the centaur Pholus @ 14 Libra which is all  about major breakthroughs in life.

In terms of sheer athletic ability and seeker consciousness (following his bliss and heart) he has Venus conjunct Ixion at super critical zero degrees Sagittarius close to dwarf planet Quaoar @ 3 degrees Sagittarius tells of his incredible ability to  bring spirit into matter by the  practices which undoubtedly included visualization, mental disciplines and obviously daily practice .  His natal  Pluto  is @ 3  degrees 40 minutes of Sagittarius near Mars @ 6  degrees  Sag.  Having his natal Pluto in a close sextile  to both the  Pluto - Uranus trine  to the Barbault Basket configuration is monumental  along with trines  to  transiting Jupiter in the 9th house  of  the  World  Record Chart.  Going deeper with  a Yod (finger of God) pointing to Jupiter @ 12 degrees Aquarius from Makemake @ 13 Virgo (relating to the ability to analyze  data  and  new systems) sextile Sirius A which is  conjunct his Vertex point speaking loudly about his fame,  success and  intense  ambition .

In simpler terms,  Pluto, the planet of intense focus, sitting right next to Mars, the planet of raw energy and athleticism, in that same active sign of Sagittarius. This explosive duo connects beautifully to a rare, highly harmonious cosmic pattern in the sky called a Barbault Basket configuration, while simulta higher purpose. He has Venus sitting side-by-side with the asteroid Ixion at the absolute beginning of Sagittarius, right next to the dwarf planet Quaoar. In plain English, this means he has an incredible knack for turning mental visions and spiritual willpower into physical reality. This isn't just about wishing for success; it points to a masterful use of visualization, strict mental conditioning, and a deep, soulful love for the daily grind of training.

Looking toward those super sensitive 4 degree placements in  in the  "Basket" with Uranus, Pluto, Neptune, Jupiter, notice that in his  natal  chart Haumea, goddess of  regeneration and renewal is at 4 degrees Libra  near Atlantis @ 2 degrees.  Bottom  line there is literally something in this guy's DNA (asteroid DNA 5555) @ 7 degrees Gemini is in opposition ot his Natal Mars @ 6 degrees Sagittarius  and both sextile Haumea.  

The deepest layers of his chart suggest this athletic greatness is practically woven into his biology. He has the asteroid DNA sitting directly opposite his Mars, meaning his ability to tap into a never-ending reservoir of energy and keep his composure under pressure is literally a part of who he is. This structural balance between explosive power and perfect physical harmony is what allowed him to shatter a barrier many thought was impossible. Haumea @ 4 degrees Libra, there is that 4 degree point of Sextile to the main players in that cosmic basket At least for the first leg of the Basket. With these kinds of super-charged configurations echoing through the cosmos right now, his achievement is just the beginning; we can expect a domino effect of broken records across all types of sports throughout the rest of the summer and fall.
